Dead Space 2 is the sequel to the original Dead Space game, continuing the story of Isaac Clarke. Developed by Visceral Games and published by Electronic Arts, it was released in 2011 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows.
About Game
The game is set three years after the events of the first game. Isaac Clarke, suffering from amnesia, wakes up in a space station called the Sprawl, which has experienced a Necromorph outbreak. As Isaac tries to survive and unravel the mystery behind the Necromorph infestation, he discovers more about his own past and the origins of the Marker.
Building upon the foundation of the first game, Dead Space 2 retains the strategic dismemberment mechanics and intense atmosphere. The game introduces new weapons and tools, expands on zero-gravity sections, and enhances the overall action and horror elements. The story is more character-driven, providing deeper insights into Isaac's psyche.
